Unable to connect to the proxy server:\

Proxy servers are the bypass ways or mediators from your system to any other servers.  Currently your web browser or the system  has been configured to use proxy server which is not permitted by the service you are accessing or your web browser is unable to connect to it.

This kind of problem also arises due to proxy server connecting extensions(eg., Ultra Surf), so carefully read the details of any extension before using it.
