Proxy servers are the bypass ways or mediators from your system to any other servers. Currently your web browser or the system has been configured to use proxy server which is not permitted by the service you are accessing or your web browser is unable to connect to it.

Go to the web browser and start it.
Open up the settings and under settings click on the advanced options.
Find the network bar and click on its proxy setting options.
Scroll to its connection tab and click on the LAN settings.
Disable the check box under proxy server and save it.
Now your browser can connect to any site you want it to connect.
