‪‪Android Nougat‬, update for ‪Samsung 2017

Samsung has now announced the most awaited android update –Android 7.0 Nougat  in its new Samsung devices

These Samsung devices will have the Android 7.0 Nougat Update:

• Galaxy S6
• Galaxy S6 Edge
• Galaxy S6 Edge Plus
• Galaxy Note 5
• Galaxy Tab A with S Pen
• Galaxy Tab S2 (LTE unlock)
• Galaxy A3
• Galaxy A8

Rollout will start within the first half of this year after the completion of its beta testing, Samsung is also planning to update it for some other older devices as well.

Major upgrades in :

1. Quick panel and notification –quite cleaner view, titles are now removed from the panel’s first depth, 2nd-panel depth now contains a group of 9 icons, all the notifications from the different apps will now come in a group.
2. Multi-window – will now support the multi-screen view to the users, supporting 7 application running at the same time
3. Performance mode – new upgrade is optimized to use four different modes: entertainment – enhances sound and images, gaming – enables to play high definition games which will run much more smoother than before , optimized mode to extend battery life, High performance mode enables highest quality display resolution.

4. Samsung pass – Now with Android 7.0 Nougat update Samsung has also introduced a new feature called Samsung pass, with this users will set a passkey/face recognition/ fingerprint which will unlock other websites(as per user’s configuration) as well.
