Firefox has released its 33.1 version with DuckDuckGo search
and Forget button and Sponsored Tiles in new tab page. Recent version provides you more security and assures you of
your privacy. The latest version is compatible with Windows, Mac, Linux and
Android. Android users can download it from Google Play and others can download
it from Firefox.com.
DuckDuckGo was earlier available as an Add-on. Now it has been
integrated as other search options. It protects user’s privacy as it does not
keep track on their queries. It also prevents from ads popping into the
webpage based upon wat you search
online.
Forget is added as a compliment to its private browsing
mode, providing users control over the recording their webpage histories. If you
are under shared network and have fear of disclosure of browsing history you
can use Forget to let Firefox know you want to delete the most recent browsing
history. It offers deletion period of 5 minutes, 2 hours and 24 hours.
